Lego’s in the bag
Lego is definitely a family favourite in our household and the piles of building blocks are piling up. Our daughter has been given a number of the sets, such as Harry Potter or Cinderella. Thing is, in small space living, or any space living really, the box or boxes take SPACE! Having the Lego pieces jumbled into a big mess is also not a solution either especially when like our daughter you want to be able to rebuild the sets.
Here’s a great solution: bag it!
In my DO.over I;
- ditched the box (but first cut out the front pic for reference and if you don’t want to keep it, it can always be found online)
- bag it! Large supermarket bought freezer bags are best. The instructions can also go inside
- label – naturally!
- get a tote to store all the bags in
- picture above has eight sets of Lego! And there’s still plenty of space.
Now that Lego’s in the bag, they’ll surely lose interest and play with something else 😊
